*Above pricing refers to events held during our peak season.  Peak season occurs between the first weekend in May and the last weekend in October.  Events outside the peak season are eligible for a 20% discount off above prices.  If you are on active duty for the armed forces, ask about our military discount.

White Samsonite chairs up to 180; up to 30 tables;  Must rent  more table/chairs if over 180 guests
Tractor or Antique Telephone Booth for photos

$275       Barn as back-up for rain on an outdoor event (Note:  this rate only applies to reservations made the week of your event and is based on availability.)
$50 Lawn Games package, includes setup and removal…cornhole, ping pong, horseshoes, etc
$25/hr ($25 min)per team memberAdditional decorating by decorating team. ( Décor provided by bride)
